I started practicing yoga for the first time with Paula, and since then I have always continued to follow her classes. Her gentle and sweet manner, the welcoming environment she creates, and the practice as free as possible make yoga with her a moment of peace and self-love. During the practice, she often adds insights about the poses or explanations about the theme of the class, allowing us to deeply enter the yogic world. Practicing yoga with Paula has been a very positive experience. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable, without any fear of being judged for how I performed the movements.
