In my work I create space for being — no performance, no agenda — using somatic and intuitive practices to support your nervous system and your overall psychophysical wellbeing. I am fascinated by the nervous system and how our brain communicates with and through the body, which is why I weave strategies to cultivate peace and safety in the system into everything I offer, through somatic and trauma-informed approaches.
I study, practice and teach Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra, enriching my practices with somatic elements. As a doula, I support individuals and couples through the pre-, during and post-pregnancy period, offering practical tools for a more grounded and conscious journey into parenthood. I live, practice and teach in Bologna and online.
My approach helps restore an authentic connection with the body, emotions and inner energy, nurturing serenity and inner peace.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training across different disciplines: Prema Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Diverse Bodies, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. I am also a full-spectrum certified doula with WombExpansion, and I hold certifications in Ayurvedic Nutrition and as a Somatic Movement and Breathwork for Trauma Healing Practitioner.
I am deeply grateful to all those who have contributed to shaping my path — some through direct encounter, some through their work and research, some through the everyday sharing of practice.
I had the fortune of training in yoga with Ameriga Giannone, Tina Hilbert, Michel Young, Dr. Arielle Schwartz and Dr. Scott Lyons, and many others — each of them leaving a deep imprint on the way I work.
In my journey as a doula, I had the privilege of learning from Denise Petrikat, Nadja Brenneisen, Hannah Ladda and Sabrina Leo, and many other precious figures who have accompanied me along the way.
Not all meaningful encounters happen in person, yet some have transformed forever how I practice and teach. Through my studies I have had the opportunity to learn from Bernie Clark, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Maté and Peter Levine, and many other voices that continue to inhabit my practice.
Then there are those whose practice inspires me every day: Adriene Mishler, Lisa Weinhold, Cole Chance, and many others — including my friends Chiara, Sara and Bianca, with whom I am in constant exchange in a way I find endlessly stimulating and nourishing.
I express deep gratitude to all the teachers who have accompanied me to this point. In the end, my greatest teachers are you: you who come to practice, give me feedback, show me how your bodies want to move, what resonates and what you need. Thank you for being ♡
